The changes to Coronavirus restrictions coming to Scotland from Boxing Day mean it'll once again become far harder to visit relatives in care homes. Some have already closed their doors to all but essential visitors. Dr Donald Macaskill, the CEO of Scottish Care, the body which represents the independent care sector says providers, staff and residents are devastated.
