Dan Alani sits in for Annie Mac to present his first ever Radio 1 show - a journey of musical discovery and recommendation.

Dan is one of Radio 1's Christmas Presenters for 2020 - a week of new presenting talent taking over the schedule. He has a regular slot on Reprezent, where he plays the best in new electronic, experimental and soulful sounds.

The London-based 29-year-old also makes beats, puts on local gigs and works in video production. 鈥淒iscovering new music on Radio 1 has genuinely changed my life many times over,鈥� he says, and he can鈥檛 wait to share his favourite new tracks.

Dan presents Radio 1鈥檚 Future Sounds on Weds 30th December, 6-8pm.
