John Toal introduces performances from the acclaimed Doric Quartet, the award-winning cellist Leonard Elschenbroich and pianist Martin James Bartlett – winner of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Young Musician in 2014. The recitals were recorded in St. Mark’s Church of Ireland in the east of the city: the church in which CS Lewis was baptised, where his parents were married and his grandfather was rector.
