Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad present uplifting stories about life, love and modern spirituality, alongside a great soundtrack for your Sunday morning.
Their guest this morning is the award-winning musician, broadcaster and spoken-word advocate Cerys Matthews. Cerys has a new album called 'We Come From The Sun', which brings together ten poets and the Hidden Orchestra on tracks that explore the theme of Genesis: birth, heritage and a journey about to begin. She chats about her passion for words and poetry, faith and mountains!
Plus, ahead of International Women鈥檚 Day 2021 fitness influencer Alice Liveing tells Kate and Jason about her work with the domestic violence charity Women's Aid and why it鈥檚 a cause so close to her heart.
