Barra joins a group practising ice water therapy on the River Roe but gets a surprise when his instructor decides the river just isn鈥檛 cold enough and comes up with a real ice bucket challenge instead.

He follows the salmon as they journey up Donegal鈥檚 River Finn and witnesses an amazing spectacle as they jump over high rocks at Cloghan Leap.

Barra also visits the County Tyrone town of Strabane, meeting some of those forced to flee their homes the night the River Mourne burst its banks and flooded the whole town centre.
