Music from New Radicals, Shakedown and a chat with Apache Indian

The best One Hit Wonders and the stories behind them, this week with Apache Indian talking about ‘Boom Shack A-Lack’.

OJ plays the best One Hit Wonders from the 80s, 90s and 00s.

This week with Apache Indian.

In the summer of 1993, and what feels like many summers since, ‘Boom Shack A-Lack’ was everywhere!

It was a top 10 hit in the UK, and massive around the world.

Apache Indian tells OJ what it’s like to hear the song on all sorts of films and adverts, what an honour it was to receive the B.E.M and why he’s so proud to be a pioneer for his community through his music.
