The Z.E.N Trio play the Piano Trio by the Armenian composer, Arno Babadjanian.
The Z.E.N. Trio met whilst solo members of Radio 3's prestigious young artist programme and have gone on to form a lasting chamber ensemble. Their cellist, Narek Hakhnazaryan, has introduced them to works from his Armenian homeland including this beautiful trio by a composer who was a contemporary and friend of the better known, Aram Khachaturian.
