At just 25, Dodie has already done a lot of living. Some of that has played out online as she made a name for herself as a singer and writer, amassing millions of fans with her disarmingly honest videos and affecting, intimate singing style.

She has already scored two Top 10 EP's, notched up nearly half a billion Spotify streams, over half a billion Youtube views, and sold over 200,000 tickets worldwide, selling-out London鈥檚 Roundhouse, the Hollywood Palladium and New York鈥檚 Terminal 5. She鈥檚 also become an ambassador for Depersonalisation charity Unreal. It鈥檚 hard to believe she has yet to release her debut album.

鈥淏uild a problem鈥� is a line pulled directly from the standout track 鈥楬ate Myself鈥�. She wrote most of the songs on the album over the past two years. 鈥淚 think I was going through a crisis actually,鈥� she says now. 鈥淚 was very unsure of who I was and I was trying to figure it out in music. So I think it鈥檚 quite unstable of an album - but it鈥檚 definitely honest.鈥�
