Reporters Sam Fenwick hears from one landlord who took a retailer to court over unpaid rents and won - while the boss of a major toy shop chain tells her if landlords take an aggressive stance it will have a devastating impact on the high street.

A report by the Covid Realities Project has highlighted the impact on the mental health of claimants of Universal Credit over the past year. Peter White talks to one person who found the uncertainty around claiming the benefit affected her mental and physical health, and he hears from the reports lead author.
