Betsan Powys brings together the former leaders of the major political parties in Wales to discuss the outcome of the 2021 Senedd Election.
Former Labour First Minister Carwyn Jones, Plaid Cymru's Leanne Wood, Conservative Lord Bourne and Liberal Democrat Lord German chat to Betsan Powys about the outcome of the 2021 Senedd Election and what it means for their parties.
This programme features Ms Wood's first major interview since losing her Rhondda seat in the Election. In the programme she says Plaid Cymru's aim to reach beyond its heartlands has taken "a big step back", and needs a new strategy to win ground in south and north east Wales. Welsh independence would be "difficult to achieve" if the party only polls well in areas it has traditionally gained support.
