In a programme first broadcast in May this year, Elizabeth Alker journeys to the outer realms of ambient music and the spaces in between with hypnotising harp from Colleen鈥檚 new album, Tunnels and Clearings. Elsewhere Elizabeth revisits The Caretaker鈥檚 magnum opus, Everywhere at the End of Time 鈥� a haunted house of half-remembered big band motifs, degraded and reassembled in one of the most striking ambient releases of the past decade.
