Animotion, Stakka Bo and Lunchmoney Lewis
The best One Hit Wonders and the stories behind them, this week with Bill Wadhams from Animotion talking about ‘Obsession’.
OJ plays the best One Hit Wonders from the 80s, 90s and 00s.
This week with Bill Wadhams from Animotion telling him all about ‘Obsession’.
It got as high as number 5 in the UK in 1985.
He tells OJ how he was torn about releasing it at first, as it wasn’t one he’d written himself, and he wanted to succeed with his own songs.
There’s also the story of the brilliant music video, and how the idea for it came about.
Plus, they never ended up playing a live show in the UK.
Bill Wadhams is the lead singer of Animotion.
Animotion is an American synthpop band from Los Angeles.
