British sister act Tiffany Porter and Cindy Sember both reached the sprint hurdles final at Rio 2016 and younger sibling Sember has been in the form of her life this year. A raft of British men have set fast times over 800m of late, providing hope at least one of them can make the final in Tokyo, while the women鈥檚 triple jump final gets underway.
