Episode 3
Nigel Havers hosts as five dealers bid to buy items brought in by the public, including an art deco cinema seat, a pair of 1950s toy poodles and a goffering iron.
Nigel Havers welcomes five more sellers to the Bidding Room, where they try to sell items to professional dealers who are on the lookout for interesting pieces, with help from expert Simon Bower.
First through the doors are mother and son Samantha and Joshua. They have brought along an art deco cinema seat that they hope will fund a family holiday. Next up is Karen with a set of 1950s toy poodles that she is looking to rehome. Toy-loving Adi is her prime target, but will he fall in love with them? Arriving next is Tim with an unusual piece of kit from the 1800s. His traditional brass goffering iron really gets the dealers talking, but which one will snap it up? Geraldine wants to sell a beautiful family heirloom. Her jade hand mirror rates highly with Simon, who is on hand to play auctioneer in the bidding room. Last in is Ivor with an intriguing item from the Boer War. His historic ditty box is packed full of intriguing items from the past and has the dealers fighting over it.
Today's dealers are Estelle, Tash, Adi, Ian and James.
