With the long-awaited Tokyo games now under way, it felt only right that we catch up with some of the athletes who are out representing our nation. As a two-time winter Olympian, she knows just how it feels, so is buzzing to introduce you to some of Team GB鈥檚 finest, as they've had their shot at Olympic gold.

In this episode Aimee catches up with 400m sprinter Jodie Williams. After taking Jodie for a one mile stroll before the games, Aimee delves in to see if Jodie completed her goals and if the games lived up to her expectations. Did she find her multiple cups of coffee required each day? Has she got the Olympic rings tattoo booked after reaching two world finals?

Aimee is also joined by the Gadirova twin sisters Jennifer and Jessica. Aged just 16, they won an amazing bronze in the team event. Aimee chats to them about what it was like to compete against their idols and how life has changed since returning home.
