In the first of a series of conversations for Black History Month, singer Andrea Baker speaks to Dr Peggy Brunache, a Haitian American food historian and archaeologist who lectures at the University of Glasgow on the history of Atlantic Slavery. She lives in Perth, where she is culinary consultant for the city鈥檚 Southern Fried (food and music) Festival.
