"It must be a Northern Ireland thing!"
Joe is wondering why turkey and ham is served so much at weddings.
"It must be a Northern Ireland thing," says Joe in Loughinisland, "but every wedding you go to it's vegetable soup, followed by turkey and ham!"
"Oh," Sean says, "you're angry!"
"I was at a wedding in England," Joe says, "and the meat was ox cheek."
"Ooh!"
"I've never tasted anything like it in my life," says Joe, "it was beautiful. Apparently back in the day it was what the poor people used to eat, and now you pay a fortune for it. Would you know the best way of cooking ox cheek?"
"I think the problem I would have with the ox cheek," Sean says, "would be getting the ox into the oven."
