Cathy MacDonald presents the Traditional Gold Medal competition taking part at Eden Court in Inverness. Cathy will be joined by renowned Gaelic singer Mairi MacInnes and well-known broadcaster Tony Kearney, both knowledgeable and enthusiastic followers of traditional Gaelic song. They will give their views on the contestants and an assessment of the two winners. Isabelle Bain and Christopher MacKenzie, both from the Isle of Lewis, won the competition at the Glasgow Mod in 2019 and we'll find out tonight who are this year’s winners. Also in this episode from the Mod an opportunity to enjoy some of the choirs that took part in a showcase concert earlier in the day.
