Known as the invisible addiction, gambling dependency can have a devastating effect on people’s lives. Cathy examines what impact the pandemic has had on gambling habits and whether it differs between the sexes, as Kelly Field shares her story on how her gambling spiralled out of control. Also joining the discussion is Gill Davies , from the Gambling Support Service within Citizens Advice Scotland; and Lisa Patton, Team Leader for Clinical Services for GamCare in Scotland.

The countdown is on until COP 26 gets underway in Glasgow next week where many will be heading to the city, including religious groups and others marking the finale of their pilgrimages demonstrating for climate justice. Cathy catches up with Annika Spalde who is leading a pilgrimage from Sweden, and Jonathan Baxter, who is lead on the COP26 Pilgrimage from Dunbar to Glasgow.
