Aled Jones comes home to Anglesey in north Wales to visit Church Island, a holy place for over 1,000 years, and talks to members of the congregation who still worship here about the role the historic church plays in the life of the local community.
James Lusted meets members of Christians Against Poverty as they celebrate 25 years of helping people struggling with debt, and there are birthday celebrations too in the Min y Don Christian adventure holiday camp, where families come to find faith in an atmosphere of fun and friendship.
Aled also meets Brenda Fogg, the 'Angel of Llandudno', who has been helping the homeless for over a decade, and there is specially recorded music as well as some favourite hymns from Bangor Cathedral.
