Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad chat to Matt Baker about the last year on his farm and Children In Need's Rickshaw Challenge for 2022.

One of our TV favourites, Matt has just released a memoir and love letter to the British countryside, 'A Year on Our Farm'. He tells Kate and Jason why he moved his family back to the North East to look after the family organic sheep farm and how he's getting on during the dark winter days. This year Matt will also be back on the Rickshaw for Children In Need with a new clutch of incredibly brave young people for the eleventh Rickshaw Challenge. Just before getting on the bike Matt tells Kate and Jason about this year's adventure, in aid of changing young lives across the UK, and who'll be joining him.

And we meet another Climate Champion trying to make a change in their local community for the planet, get inspired by their positive action and find out how their faith inspires them.
