For the Radio 2 Culture Club, Jo chats to Emma Bullimore about the TV you don鈥檛 want to miss.

Plus Jo chats to actor Mackenzie Crook about the new episodes of 大象传媒 One鈥檚 Worzel Gummidge.

The modern adaptation of Worzel Gummidge is set to return to 大象传媒 One over the festive season in two one-hour films, 鈥楾witchers鈥� and 鈥楥alliope Jane鈥� inspired by the classic books of Barbara Euphan Todd.

Mackenzie Crook, who writes, directs and stars as Worzel Gummidge, has taken Scatterbrook Farm and a host of wonderful new characters to create these magical films.

Strictly champion Bill Bailey (Black Books) guest stars as Mr Peregrine in 鈥楥alliope Jane鈥�, together with Nneka Okoye as Calliope Jane.

Rejoining Mackenzie for these new adventures are Steve Pemberton as Mr Braithwaite, Rosie Cavaliero as Mrs Braithwaite, Vicki Pepperdine as Aunt Sally, India Brown as Susan and Thierry Wickens as John.

Mackenzie Crook says: 鈥淚鈥檓 thrilled to bring two further episodes of Worzel Gummidge to audiences this Christmas. We had a happy summer making these films and I hope some of that comes across on screen.鈥�

The two new episodes of Worzel Gummidge, 鈥楾witchers鈥� and 鈥楥alliope Jane鈥�, air on 大象传媒 One at 7.15pm on 28th and 29th December.
