Wet Leg play a Sofa Session for Jo, including music from their upcoming debut, self-titled album, set for release on 8th April.

This British indie duo, from the Isle of Wight, consist of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, who both play guitar and sing. The pair attended college together when studying music BTec and had been friends for 10 years before becoming a musical duo in 2019. The pair have said they made a decision to start a band at the top of a ferris wheel.

They released their debut single, 'Chaise Longue', in June 2021 which garnered them millions of views and video streams, online, shooting them to fame. They have since gained fans such as Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine) and Iggy Pop, and have been compared to the likes of Bj枚rk and Violent Femmes.

Last month they played their first shows in the U.S. and will be playing a new March 2022 North American tour, before they head back for their sold out April 2022 UK Tour. The duo are also the ambassadors of Independent Venue Week 2022, a week long celebration of independent music venues which will run from the end of this month, for which they'll be playing a run of intimate UK regional live gigs.
