James Morrison returns with another selection of brass music in all shapes and styles. Tonight鈥檚 hand-picked selection features brass covers of rock and pop classics by Survivor, Bj枚rk and Destiny鈥檚 Child, as well as tracks by Laura Jurd, Thad Jones, and Dave Stahl, and an incredible 10-trumpet version of Carnival of Venice. There鈥檚 a cornet feature from Ronald Binge, Latin Jazz from TRYPL, a Wicked cover by Joey Pero, and a trip to the opera with Mike Lovatt鈥檚 Brass Pack. Big Band comes courtesy of the Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Orchestra and the Asphalt Orchestra.
