Reviewing this week’s Ulster-Scots on television, Richard Hayward’s musical story and the launch of a book o’ rhymes.

Delving in the past with Stephen Nolan’s curiosity about his Ulster-Scots heritage, at Hame in Scotland and the story of a Larne legend told in music.

Historian Dr William Roulston joins the Kintra team to chat about his role in a new documentary; Stephen Nolan: Ulster-Scots, My Family and Me. Mark Thompson tells us about the fourth series of Hame and its Scottish focus, Willie Hill hears talks to Paul Clements about the music of Larne legend Richard Hayward and there is a verse from Roy Ferguson from his new book of rhymes.

Helen Mark and Rab Lennox keep the chat going on this week’s Kintra and as always, love to hear from listeners. To pass on your comments about the programme, or with a yarn, song or poem to share or an Ulster-Scots event to promote, contact the team at kintra@bbc.co.uk.
