Jamz is joined by Portuguese DJ and producer Branko for Back To My Roots ahead of the release of his third album, OBG, which is a love letter to the community and landscape of his home country. Having grown up in the city of Amadora, near Lisbon, Branko specialises in elevating the unique club music hybrids from the local area, including forms of kuduro, kizomba, zouk, baile funk and more. Initially achieving success as part of the electronic dance music collective Buraka Som Sistema, Branko has also released two solo albums as well as curating for festivals such as Lisbon鈥檚 Enchufada Na Zona and Sonar. Then in the last half hour, Jamz throws down a live Weekend Warm Up Mix. No theme, just straight up dancefloor vibes with an eclectic high tempo mix of percussive house, rap-infused club, footwork from Egypt and South African gqom plus much more.
