South West Starter and Fish
Four chefs compete for south west England with canapes, starters and fish dishes inspired by 100 years of British broadcasting. Who will be eliminated?
This week sees the heats for south west England. Returning to the programme are Elly Wentworth, head chef of The Angel in Dartmouth, Nat Tallents, development chef at The Lost Gardens of Heligan in St Austell, Cornwall, and Olivia Barry, chef owner of Adelina Yard in Bristol. They're joined by newcomer Charlotte Vincent, head chef at the Five Bells Inn in Devon.
Presenter Andi Oliver welcomes them to the kitchen, where the theme for this year鈥檚 competition is a celebration of 100 years of British broadcasting. One of the four must leave the competition at the end of the episode, to be decided by this week鈥檚 veteran judge - a previous winner who remains a surprise to the chefs until the moment they walk into the kitchen to taste the first course canapes.
