Facing Your Fears with Aimee Fuller

Dr Rangan Chatterjee is joined by Olympic Snowboarder Aimee Fuller to talk about fear.

Dr Rangan Chatterjee presents Radio 2鈥檚 health and wellbeing show.

This week Rangan is joined by two-time Olympian Aimee Fuller who chats on the subject of tackling fear. She's a snowboarder who was the first woman to land a double backflip in competition, a dangerous move if not landed correctly. She opens up about how she felt during the stunt and shares her advice on how anyone can use fear to push them further. Her debut book Fear More Live Less, is part-memoir, part-guide where she goes into details about how elite athletes convert fear into excitement, and how you can too.
