Episode 15
Nigel Havers hosts as five dealers bid to buy items brought in by the public, including a fairground game, a 1920s music box and an iconic piece of comic book art.
Nigel Havers welcomes five more sellers to the Bidding Room, where they try to sell items to professional dealers who are on the lookout for interesting pieces, with help from expert Simon Bower.
First through the doors is Ollie, with a vintage fairground shoot-a-ball game. Ollie wants to take his girlfriend out for a slap-up meal with the proceeds, so will it be steak and chips or sausage and chips?
Next through the doors is Judith (known as Minx to her friends), with a curious pair of silver boxes. The dealers are intrigued, but who will offer Minx the best price?
Third into our Yorkshire HQ is Zack, with a music box that he hopes will hit all the right notes. It is both functional and musical, but will the dealers be willing to pay the price he wants?
Next to face the dealers is retired comic dealer Glyn, with an icon of 1980s kids telly. The Dangermouse artwork has the dealers excited, but who will get to take it home?
Last in is Michelle, with a mid-century rattan drinks trolley. With Mr Havers on hand to help demonstrate the item's desirability, can Michelle create a bidding war?
Today's dealers are Ian, JB, Adi, Moses and Lucy.
