Artists and DJs discuss how music has impacted their mental health, and choose the music that helps them.

We are celebrating 鈥極ne for the Heads鈥� on the People鈥檚 Party tonight, playing all of the music that helps us to feel good. Qualified mental health first aider and DJ, Luke, is in the mix for the Phones Down Finale with a selection of tracks that help him. He also discusses Soundcheck, a mental health organisation helping those involved in the music industry. Experimental musician Evadney discusses music鈥檚 impact on his mental health and plays us one of his songs.
