Every two years the public is asked for its thoughts on the health service in the Health and Care Experience Survey
The most recent Health and Care Experience survey was published yesterday by the Scottish Government. While the majority of the 130 thousand people who responded reported a positive experience in accessing primary care services the overall level of satisfaction in GP and out of hours services fell by twelve per cent from the previous survey.
