They talk through their choices with presenter Edith Bowman and, in doing so, the series explores how music has the power to comfort, heal and inspire us all - and the positive impact it can have on our wellbeing.

Daisy shares her unlikely first break-up song and the album she always turns to when she's feeling blue in a selection which includes Blue Monday by New Order, Never Too Much by Luther Vandross, Let's Stay Together by Al Green and I Wanna Be Adored by Stone Roses.
