Step into Arlo鈥檚 inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She鈥檚 called it Dream Fuel - a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests.

In this episode Arlo is joined by multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer-songwriter Vagabon for an emotional exchange of songs, stories and words of wisdom. Together they reflect on the power of musical memories you share with friends, the physical connections they have to music and why you should try to be present instead of always looking ahead. With songs from Sufjan Stevens, Bonnie Raitt and Miho Hatori.

Plus Arlo shares some of the songs she鈥檚 had on repeat recently including Happyness, Hand Habits and The Cure, as well as some reflections on what she does on difficult days and the music that gets her through, and the love you feel whilst staring into the eyes of your dog.

Arlo Parks is a London born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
