A unique celebration of reggae music's first global superstar, Bob Marley. Marking the 60th anniversary of Jamaican Independence, this special concert recorded at Town Hall Birmingham in 2022 showcases Marley鈥檚 greatest songs with new orchestration, featuring Europe鈥檚 first majority black & ethnically diverse orchestra, Chineke!

Presented by Trevor Nelson, Chineke! is joined by one of today鈥檚 most exciting singers and Bob Marley's grandson, Skip Marley, making his first UK solo performance. Along with British singer / songwriter JP Cooper and Birmingham鈥檚 very own Jamaican-born soul, gospel and R鈥檔鈥橞 legend Ruby Turner, they explore the music of Bob Marley in classics including Get Up Stand Up, One Love / People Get Ready, Redemption Song, Satisfy My Soul, Is This Love, I Shot The Sheriff and Exodus.
