Discussing her new memoir 'Through Thick and Thin', Rosemary tells Kate about how she built her multi-million-pound diet and fitness empire with an investment of just 拢8, why she is still motivating the over 50s with their health and fitness and what motivates her. Plus how she came to faith at one of the worst points in her life.

Also, award-winning Birmingham artist Mohammed Ali joins to discuss his biggest production to-date. 'Waswasa - Whispers in Prayer' creates a bold, dynamic and confident exploration of Islamic prayer which expresses aspects of faith in a form rarely seen whilst simultaneously offering an insightful window into this world of Islamic prayer for those who are not Muslim. Taking place at Birmingham Hippodrome, 25 August - 3 September, the immersive theatrical experience is one of the major commissions for the Birmingham 2022 Festival happening this summer.
