Today, there鈥檚 music that will make you want to dance - from a sprightly piece for brass by German Baroque composer Samuel Scheidt, to the traditional Irish song 鈥楳oorlough Mary鈥�, and a calypso called 鈥楬uman Race鈥�.

Sarah also finds calm in the delicate sounds of the harp as Isabelle Perrin plays music by Faure, and energy in the expressive orchestral textures of Smetana鈥檚 Ma Vlast.

Plus, a scherzo by Schubert which is the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea鈥�
