Katherine Ryan welcomes a fresh batch of talented jewellers to Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, where they battle it out over some of the most precious metals and gemstones known to humankind to prove they鈥檙e the next big name in jewellery.

From spinner rings to mismatched earrings, engagement rings to hairpins, each show sees the jewellers face two real world challenges: the Bestseller, where they are tasked to design the latest must-have piece that everyone will want, and the Bespoke, where they create a one-off piece for some very special clients from all walks of life, including a celebrity client who waltzes into the workshop for a red-carpet necklace.

Judging the jewellers' work are two of the biggest names in the business, Shaun Leane and Dinny Hall, and it鈥檚 up to them who will be named jeweller of the week and who will be heading home.
