This week, singer and musician Jackie Oates plays songs from her new album, 'Gracious Wings'.
Jackie is one of the most cherished folk voices of her generation, combining sensitive singing with superb fiddle and viola playing to affect audiences since the mid-2000s. Her touring trio includes Mike Cosgrave (piano, accordion, guitar) and John Parker (double bass).
Gracious Wings features friends and guests Megan Henwood, Jon Wilks and Simon Emmerson of the Imagined Village.
