Swedish trombonist Christian Lindberg and pianist Roland Pontinen perform live from Wigmore Hall. Their programme includes works by Hindemith, Weber and themselves.
Andrew McGregor presents the Radio 3 Lunchtime Concert live from Wigmore Hall in London, today featuring two top Swedish soloists: trombonist Christian Lindberg and pianist Roland P枚ntinen. Alongside Hindemith's 1941 sonata and the brooding Romance supposedly composed by Weber, each artist contributes one of his own works, Lindberg a trombone solo and P枚ntinen a work for piano.
