PHONE-IN
Almost half of frontline service staff (45%) have experienced hostility from customers in the past six months, a new survey from the Institute of Customer Service suggests.
As well as that, yesterday NHS Borders urged the public to be "patient and kind" after it dealt with more than 1,000 incidents of aggression or violence towards staff last year.
Plus earlier this week comedian James Corden admitted on his talk show he had made a ‘rude, rude comment’ to a server in a New York Eatery.
