Jo is joined by musician and comedian Tim Minchin to chat about Roald Dahl鈥檚 Matilda the Musical.

Tim Minchin is an Australian comedian, actor, writer, poet, composer and songwriter, who in 2009, was commissioned to write the music and lyrics for a stage adaptation of Roald Dahl鈥檚 Matilda. The musical opened in Stratford-Upon-Avon in 2010 before moving to London, and has since become one of the most critically acclaimed musicals of the last 20 years, winning more than 85 international awards, including a record seven Olivier Awards and five Tony Awards.

The film adaptation of the smash hit musical will be released in cinemas in the UK and Ireland on 25th November, before arriving on Netflix next summer. Directed by Matthew Warchus from a screenplay by Dennis Kelly, the cast includes Emma Thompson, Lashanna Lynch and Alisha Weir.
