Blackouts across Ukraine after Russian strikes

Large parts of Ukraine have been left without power after more Russian airstrikes. We hear about government plans to help Ukrainians survive the winter.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused Russia of crimes against humanity in the wake of the latest missile strikes on the country's energy network.
