It's a busy Monday on the Breakfast Show... Alex Jones is on for a chat, and Richie's up in Byker, Newcastle, helping the One Show with their 'Gift a Bike for Christmas' campaign.

Alex Jones is on to tell us why 'The One Show' have sent him up there - to help launch their brilliant 'Gift a Bike for Christmas' campaign which you can read about on the One Show's website.
With the help of local charities, 'The One Show' (大象传媒 One, weekdays, 7pm) will be setting up a bike and scooter donation point at St Silas Church in Byker, Newcastle on Monday 12 December.
