She speaks to Leena Guiger, the co-founder of the Milkcake Man, which is a dessert parlour based in Birmingham, Talha Rana, founder of Chaat Wala, an Asian street food restaurant in Bradford and and Bhavin Bhadresa, the artist behind 艢u Ch膿 Design, who makes and sells Indian Pop Art Prints.

They discuss their experiences starting up their businesses, how they made their first step and what advice they'd give to people wanting to start something new in 2023.
