In Tune’s specially curated mixtape: 30 minutes of musical delight and discovery. Tonight’s mix travels from the haunting melodies of Voces 8, with John Cameron’s arrangement of ‘Lux aeterna’ from Elgar’s ‘Nimrod’ – to Miles Davis and a George Gershwin classic, ‘It Ain’t Necessarily So’. On the way, Mozart and ‘Rondo’ in E flat major and also a trip to the ballet, with Herold’s ‘Fille mal gardee’ and Prokofiev’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’.
