Do you support the NHS strikes? How can this dispute be ended? And have you rescued or adopted an animal? Call 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12. Tweet @bbcradiowales.

Another strike by ambulance workers in Wales is underway in their dispute over pay and conditions. They will respond to the most urgent 999 calls - but the Welsh Government is asking people to try and avoid putting extra pressure on the service. Meanwhile, both nurses and ambulance staff have announced they will strike on the same day next month in the biggest walkout by NHS staff so far. So as this dispute rumbles on, do you support the strikers? The Welsh Government says it can’t afford to give them the pay rise they want – so how do we end this impasse? And after 10, are you one of the thousands of people who have fallen in love with Sophie From Romania? If you’re not familiar, she’s a rescue dog belonging to former ´óÏó´«Ã½ correspondent Rory Cellan Jones, and his daily updates about this beautiful but very frightened rescue pup has captured so many hearts on social media. It’s inspired us to ask about the animals you might have rescued or adopted – or perhaps a stray has adopted you! Get in touch by calling 03700 100 110. Text 8 10 12. Tweet @bbcradiowales.
