Swiss cellist and former Radio 3 New Generation Artist Christian Polt茅ra is joined by leading duo pianist Kathryn Stott in cello sonatas by Prokofiev (written for Mstislav Rostopovich, who gave the premiere in 1950) and Chopin, one of only nine works he wrote for instruments other than piano.
