Lent in Lincolnshire

As we approach Lent, Sean Fletcher is in Lincolnshire to hear stories of kindness and compassion, and the Rev Kate Bottley meets a woman who took in a Ukrainian couple and their pet.

Sean Fletcher is in Lincolnshire to hear how people are preparing for Lent. He joins a group of children from a local Catholic primary school on a visit to Lincoln Cathedral to learn more about the Stations of the Cross, which mark Jesus鈥檚 last journey to his crucifixion. At St Giles Methodist Church in Lincoln, he meets volunteer Cay Sherlock and hears how vital the warm spaces initiative is, and the free bacon rolls!
