Paul Whitehouse and Will Gompertz

Rev Kate and Jason chat to actor, comedian and writer Paul Whitehouse and former 大象传媒 arts editor, now artistic director at the Barbican, Will Gompertz.

Reverend Kate Bottley and Jason Mohammad present heart-warming stories about life, love and modern spirituality, alongside a great soundtrack for your Sunday morning.

This morning their guest is actor, comedian and writer Paul Whitehouse, who has been involved in many of the best-loved comedy shows over the last twenty five years, including The Fast Show, Harry Enfield and Chums and Harry & Paul. Paul is currently playing Grandad in the Only Fools And Horses Musical. The longest running show in the 200+ year history of Theatre Royal, Haymarket, is to close on 29th April after four years. He tells Kate and Jason about what makes the show so special, its plans for a UK tour and what else he has in store for the rest of 2023.

Also, world-leading expert in and champion of the arts Will Gompertz joins to tell us about his new book, See What You鈥檙e Missing, in which he discusses the ways artists have learnt to notice the world, and how we can too. Will spent seven years as a director of the Tate Galleries followed by eleven years as the 大象传媒's arts editor, and is now artistic director at the Barbican.
