Joe in Loughinisland says his favourite sandwich is corned beef and brown sauce.

'I wouldn't thank you for corned beef!' Sean says. 'I hate it. It's too gooey or something. And as for brown sauce, there's only one that I would eat, and I can't mention names. But corned beef! Can you eat it warm?'

Janet nods.

'What would you have it with?' Sean says.

'Spuds.'

'Anything else?' Sean asks. 'Maybe a raw onion?'

'A bit of cabbage,' Janet says. 'Or Turnip.'

'Ugh!' Sean says. 'Janet doesn't like it herself!'
